Organization's process to review form 990 prior to the submission of the form 990 all numbers and forms are reviewed and confirmed by the wacd director bobbie frank. In addition a copy of the 990 is made available to each board member for review.

All board members review the conflict of interest policy and are requiredto disclose annually if they have a conflict of interest. A conflict ofinterest arises whenever a director engages in an activity in which theirpersonal gain or private interests compete with those of the establishedpurpose and activities of the foundation, or when a director uses theirposition, status, or privileged information to obtain a competitiveadvantage over others, for personal or family gain, or in competition withthe foundation.
