“The Organization provides a copy of the conflict of interest policy to all employees and members of the Board of Directors. The members of the Board of Directors self-monitor for any conflict of interests and recuse themselves from voting on issues where a conflict of interest occurs.”

“The Board of Directors compensation committee annually reviews and approves all compensation for the President and CEO and other officers or key employees of the Organization, if any. The Board of Directors compensation committee considers the compensation paid to officers and key employees of similar organizations as part of this annual analysis.”

“The President/CEO reveiws the Form 990 with the CPA preparing the return. The return is provided electronically to the Board of Directors.”

“The organization provides a timely copy of all required public documents upon request at the organizations office.”

“Program Service Expenses 284,484, Grants and allocations 0, Revenue 26,555 The various programs support, advocate and promote aesthetic, cultural, environmental and quality of life interest in the State of Arizona. To achieve this purpose the Organization conducts conferences, events and other communication through its website and mailers to promote awareness in the community regarding these issues. The members and participants at Organization conferences and events include the business, community, not-for-profit and government leaders of Arizona.”
