The organization has a contract with ewald consulting, inc. Under which ewald consulting, inc. Provides management services for the organization, including administration, planning, board and committee services, financial, membership, communications, programs/events/conferences and public relations services. The organization's expense for these services during the current fiscal year was $327,144. Veronica crosier, the organizations executive director, is employed by ewald consulting.

THE ANNUAL CONVENTION & TRADE SHOW OFFERS 700 ATTENDEES HOURS OF INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION, ROUND TABLE DISCUSSIONS WITH PEERS, AND INFORMAL NETWORKING TO EXPAND CONTACTS AND SHARE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES. THIS ALSO INCLUDES ACCESS TO A TRADE SHOW FLOOR EXHIBITING INDUSTRY SUPPLIERS. SEE ITEM (C). IN 2021 THE ANNUAL CONVENTION WAS HELD VIRTUALLY DUE TO COVID-19. (B) THE PSAI PROVIDES IN-PERSON AND REMOTE TRAINING ON INDUSTRY SPECIFIC TOPICS AND BEST PRACTICES. (C) IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ANNUAL CONVENTION, THE PSAI HOSTS THE ONLY PORTABLE SANITATION INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC TRADE SHOW IN NORTH AMERICA, PROVIDING ATTENDEES WITH EXPOSURE TO EMERGING TRENDS AND INNOVATIONS AFFECTING THEIR BUSINESSES.
