“Farah munir was appointed by the board as interim co-executive director beginning january 1, 2017. She was employed by university hospitals and was not an employee of circle health services. In her role as interim co-executive director, ms. Munir was the administrator over all clinical programs. Ms. Munir was supervisor to the dental director, director of behavioral health, and the associate medical director. Since ms. Munir started in her role as interim co-executive director in 2017, she did not receive any compensation for services to circle health services in calendar year 2016.”
