“The center for housing bylaws were amended as follows. Article iii, section 2: the members of the board of directors shall be the members of the executive committee of the national housing conference (nhc), each serving ex officio. Article iv, section1: the officers of the center shall consist of a chairman, vice-chair, secretary and chair of the audit committee, who shall be, respectively, the nhc chair, the nhc vice chair, the nhc secretary, and the nhc chair of the audit committee each to have such duties and authority as are provided in these by laws. The board of directors may designate other officers as it may determine.”
