“Part vi (question 6 and 7a) board of directors are elected by the regular members during the annual meeting held in september of each year and are authorized to conduct business of the bell co farm bureau. We have regular members and associate members. Regular members are those that are involved in farming operations and/or farming activities. Regular members elect the board of directors each yr as noted above. The board of directors (listed on page 7 of form 990) vote on various issues and take care of the busienss of the bell co farm bureau. Other people may be part of the farm bureau that are not involved in farming, those people of classified as associated members and do not have voting privileges. (note we do not have any stockholders)”
