Form 990, Part VI, Line 15B: Compensation Review and Approval Process for Officers and Key Employees

The organization shares the foundation director with the supporting elementary schoool. The board of directors of the foundation, in conjunction with the school board, reviewed and approved the hiring of the foundation director. The compensation of the foundation director is funded by the supporting elementary school since the majority of her services benefit the supporting school. The governing documents are made available, when necessary, to the foundation members. The financial statements are provided to all parents and alumni of the supporting school.
