“At the request of the State of New Jersey Attorney General, we revised our bylaws to include a dissolution clause. This was required to obtain the right to have a raffle in New Jersey. The dissolution clause states that Mid-Atlantic Connection for PKU and Allied Disorders, Inc. can be dissolved only by approval of 2/3 of its Board of Directors at a special Board meeting called for that purpose and only after all of its debts and obligations are paid in full. Any remaining assets must be donated to the National PKU Alliance (tax ID 26-2849140) or similar organization. We also made a minor adjustment to the number of meetings and attendance requirements for our Board members.”
