Mutual Aid Sharing Plan

“Our organization made a revision to its Bylaws to transition to a representative governing body, democratically elected by the Members. Accompanying this shift, our Articles of Incorporation were updated to explicitly acknowledge the existence of Members within our organization. Prior to these amendments, each participating organization in our mutual aid partnership designated a representative to serve on the governing body. With the revised Bylaws, each participating organization is now recognized as a Member and designates a representative who actively participates in decision-making processes. This representative acts as the official voice and vote for the Member contributing to our organization's democratic governance. However, the primary decision-making authority has been entrusted to an Executive Board, elected by the Members.”
