We envision a world in which all children know they matter, are resilient, reach their highest potential, and achieve a stable and bright future. We value the health, well-being, and unique needs of every individual. We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment that is sensitive and responsive to children's and families' past experiences of trauma. We value inclusion and rich diversity of thought and experience. We embrace a culture of learning and strive for excellence through data-driven decision making. How we will make this vision a reality: build the school. Grow our school to serve more children and enhance our quality of care. Expand our continuum of care. Use research and evidence-based practices to enhance our traditional services with new and innovative ways to care for children and families. Strengthen the organization. Run a strong, sustainable, and effective organization delivering excellent educational, behavioral healthcare, and support services for children and families, while also promoting the wellbeing of our staff through resources, training, and fair compensation.
