Management enterprises, inc. Managed the day to day operations of amos towers through the end of 2017. Presently, united neighborhood centers manages the day to day activities of amos.

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 11B

The form 990 is prepared by amos towers' independent auditing firm. Once complete, a draft of the 990 is e-mailed to all board members. The members review the tax return, ask questions of both management and the auditing firm, and ultimately approve the 990 for filing. After all questions or issues have been properly addressed, the board members approve the 990. It is then electronically filed by the auditing firm.
