IN OCTOBER 2023, PARTICIPANTS, STAFF, FRIENDS, AND HONORED GUESTS GATHERED AT RHD'S IDEATE IN PHILADELPHIA FOR THE MUCH-ANTICIPATED GRAND OPENING OF INNOV8A GROUNDBREAKING TECHNOLOGY LAB FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENTAL AND INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. THIS PIONEERING VENTURE FURNISHES PARTICIPANTS WITH TAILOR-MADE TOOLS AND SOFTWARE, ENSURING INCLUSIVITY AND SETTING A NEW INDUSTRY BENCHMARK BY PROVIDING CUTTING-EDGE, ASSISTIVE-TECHNOLOGY-COMPATIBLE EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND ERGONOMIC FURNITURE. IN FEBRUARY 2024, PARTICIPANTS AT RHD DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, LOCATED IN DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, FL, ENJOYED A WONDERFUL EVENING AT THE "NIGHT TO SHINE" EVENT HELD AT THE WALTON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS. ORGANIZED BY THE TIM TEBOW FOUNDATION, "NIGHT TO SHINE" IS AN ANNUAL GLOBAL CELEBRATION DEDICATED TO INDIVIDUALS AGED 14 AND ABOVE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, PROVIDING THEM WITH A GLAMOROUS PROM NIGHT EXPERIENCE BRIMMING WITH LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE.
