Desales university is a medium-sized, private, four-year catholic university with a salesian mission administered by the oblates of st. Francis de sales. The university contracts with the oblates to provide several faculty and administrators, including professional services for the president of the university. V. Rev james greenfield was the provincial of the oblates of st. Francis de sales until becoming the president of desales university this past fiscal year.”
