Once all external and internal review is complete, a copy of form 990 is supplied to all members of the board of trustees prior to its filing.”
“The conflict of interest policy is circulated to officers and trustees annually, requesting a declaration and explanation of potential conflicts with professional and other duties, including membership on other boards. The executive committee of the board monitors the policy through this annual process.
