When a transcom representative develops knowledge of illegal or unethical conduct or conflicts of interest, the representative is encouraged to bring this information to the attention of the executive director or the chair of the board of trustees. The executive director or the chair of the board of trustees will investigate allegations promptly and be reported on a timely basis. In connection with the review of the form 990 by the members of the board, they will also confirm in writing that they are aware of transcom's conflict of interest policy and they are in compliance with it.”

As maria acevedo left the organization, she was paid out the proceeds on the policy on her life that was surrendered. Maria acevedo's total compensation included the split dollar payment of 60,266 in addition to the regular base compensation that she earned in 2015.”
