During the current fiscal year, the only volunteers were the board of directors.

The board of directors decided to dissolve the organization. Therefore, the organization conducted only wind-down activities during the current fiscal year.

Form 990, Part XI

On august 9, 2016, the board of directors voted to transfer all of the organization's investments to the chautauqua region community foundation for the benefit of chautauqua county chapter of nysarc, inc. Dba the resource center and filling the gap, inc. Various funds were established to comply with donor restrictions on the funds. The board also voted at that time to dissolve the organization. The transfer of the investments was completed on september 20, 2017.
