A complete copy of the form 990 was distributed to each member of the board prior to filing with the irs. In addition, the 990 was reviewed with the board of directors prior to filing the tax return in a form of a presentation and a q&a session to address any questions or concerns.

On an annual basis board members and officers are required to submit a conflict of interest statement which is then reviewed by the compliance committee. The compliance committee is responsible for regularly and consistently monitoring and enforcing compliance with the conflict of interest policy.

The member is responsible for an annual evaluation of the president/ceo and the other key administrative employees of the organization. Compensation is evaluated by the compensation committee appointed by the member, and the organization's board of trustees must approve of the compensation.
