To establish, maintain and operate an enriched housing program in the county of dutchess, state of new york which shall provide long-term residential care to adults, primarily persons 65 years of age or older, in a community integrated setting resembling independent housing units and which shall provide or arrange for the provision of room and private board, housekeeping, personal care and supervisoin services. The health needs of the persons who will be residing at said enriched housing program will be met by arranging for a relationship with exisiting providers, facilities or health personnel, which will be assistive in maintaining the physical and mental well-being of the residents of the enriched housing program.
