Pursuant to an agreement between the organization and bhc, bhc is entitled to a management fee equal to a predetermined % of the gross rental income of properties it services for bhdfc. In addition, bhc pays all payroll and related taxes and benefits through its centralized payroll and charges the organization for these expenses through an intercompany account based on specific employee assignments and estimated allocations.
