The mission of the aspire foundation is to accept, administer and invest all charitable funds on behalf of aspire of western new york, inc. (aspire) and to solicit funding for future needs. The foundation is a fully qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization. All gifts to the foundation are tax-deductible as provided by law. Aspire's mission is to help children and adults with developmental disabilities, cerebral palsy, and conditions with similar personal and family effects live their lives to the fullest in keeping with their informed choices.
