Mission

Provide individuals and families of low and moderate income with quality homes in a welcoming and diverse community of 168 townhouses with two to four bedrooms and a six-story apartment building with 71 single bedroom apartments we provide social and supportive opportunities and ensure access to resources in the princeton community for our more than600 residents residents whose incomes rise over time are able to remain in their home, at a higher monthly rent princeton community village offers a limited number of federal rent subsidies to 40 lower-income residents, enabling them to pay no more than 30% of their income in rental charges.

Provide quality rental homes in a welcoming, diverse community for individuals and families whose incomes range from 30% of the county median for a one bedroom household to 128% of the county median for a four person household and which comply with guidelines set by the us department of housing and urban development (hud).
