Financial Statement Notes

Escrow account liability (Part IV, line 2B)

Each owner of a unit located within twin rivers must maintain an escrow deposit equivalent to three months maintenance fees in effect at the time of purchase which is used as a security for unpaid maintenance fees. Once a unit is sold these monies are returned to the seller.
