“From NRB Constitution and Bylaws: ARTICLE III - Membership SECTION 1. Membership shall consist of individuals and organizations who, as determined by the discretion and by election of the Board of Directors or its Executive Committee, (a) are associated with the field of Christian broadcasting; (b) accept and comply with the NRB Statement of Faith as set forth in Appendix A; (c) accept and comply with the Code of Ethics set forth in Appendix B; (d) agree to be bound by the NRB Constitution and Bylaws, and specifically including the agreement under the Bylaws to pursue Christian arbitration as the sole remedy against NRB in the event of a disagreement with a final decision on a matter of membership termination, and a waiver of any rights the applicant may have to resort to a court of law against NRB for redress regarding issues of membership or discipline; and (e) complete all application and other requirements as prescribed by the Board.”

“From NRB Constitution and Bylaws: ARTICLE VI - Membership Meetings SECTION 1. Annual. An annual meeting of the members shall be held during the first five months of the calendar year, at such time and place as shall be fixed by the Executive Committee. The Secretary shall oversee the sending of written notice of the time and place of the annual meeting to each member not less than six months in advance of the meeting. At such meeting the officers and Directors of NRB shall be elected, and there shall be transacted any other business that may be properly and legally presented.”

“The Form 990 is first sent to the CPA firm who performs the annual audit of the organization's annual financial statements for their review. It is then given to the NRB Executive Committee and the CEO who performs a final review. The CEO then signs the Form 990 which is then filed with the IRS.”

“From NRB Employee Handbook: CONFLICTS OF INTEREST POLICY In the interest of preserving and advancing principles of biblical stewardship and integrity, NRB adopted a Conflicts of Interest Policy. All management employees and the full governing body are required to sign the Conflicts of Interest Statement annually, acknowledging that they have received a copy of the policy, have read and understand it, and agree to comply with the policy.”

“When considering the total compensation of the NRB CEO, the Compensation Subcommittee of the Audit Committee met and reviewed multiple sources of compensation comparability data. After review, the Audit Committee presented its recommendations to the NRB Executive Committee for approval. Executive Committee action took place in Executive Session during its regularly scheduled meeting.”

“National Religious Broadcasters makes its conflicts of interest policy and financial statements available to the public upon request. If an e-mail address is provided, these documents are sent to the e-mail address with delivery confirmation requested. If a mailing address is provided, these documents are sent via certified US mail with a return receipt requested.”

“The Board of Directors of NRB Network pledges 40% of its annual net income to NRB. The revenue sharing contribution from NRB Network for January to June 2020 is $16,413.”
