See schedule opart iii line 4b.campingrevering nature and the fullness of god's bounty is a major program goal for the ymca. Y camping programs are educational; they promote spiritual awareness, mental development, physical well-being, social growth and respect for the environment. Through a variety of activities, the use of our three acre wooded site and the abundance of cultural activities available in our area, the camping program seeks to help participants achieve their fullest potential in spirit, mind and body. In many instances the y's camping programs serve as child care for parents during the summer months.

See schedule opart iii line 4c.aquaticsin addition, to providing specific swimming and water safety skills, the aquatics programs promote good health through regular exercise. We also promote teamwork, self confidence, and leadership. We provide progressive swimming for youth, lifesaving skills for teens and adults, recreation and therapy for the disabled and aquatic exercise for adults and seniors who may otherwise be unable to exercise in more traditional means. The morris center ymca also provides swimming lessons and water safety at sites throughout the community. All of these programs improve the water safety skills in the community as well as helping to build the leaders of tomorrow.
