To provide public interaction opportunities within the community through specialty functions designed to enhance the lives and childhood memories of children who are disadvantaged, seriously ill from a financially challenged family or at risk. This will enrich the hearts, minds, talents and bolster the sense of esteem and wellbeing of the children who are disadvantaged, seriously ill, from a financially challenged family or at risk, as well as the community, whether by direct or indirect participation.
