“The finance director prepares the financial reports and worksheets for the cpa firm, provides additional documents as requested for cpa firm to prepare tax form 990. The completed tax form 990 will be reviewed by the finance director, board treasurer, and executive director. Tax form 990 will then be presented to the board of directors for review and acceptance vote to file return as presented.”
