“THE TOLLAND IMAGINg CENTER is ORGANIZED AS A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.”

Further, it is not registered or similarly recognized by the State of Connecticut as a hospital.”

“During fiscal year 2016, the center received revenue of $289,579 from medicare and $101,640 from medicaid. Accordingly, the contractual adjustments for the center, for the same transactions, were $787,640 for medicare and $343,273 for medicaid.”
