The specific purposes of this corporation are to provide strategic leadership and direction, engage in fundraising, perform administrative and management functions, offer centralized leadership, planning and mission coordination, and perform other services or activities for national community renaissance of california, national community renaissance development corporation, and hope through housing foundation which are organizations described under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Subject to article iv.b of the articles of incorporation, this corporation shall be permitted to conduct other lawful activities permitted under the california nonprofit public benefit corporation law.
