“Fair winds management, llc provides management services to the organization under a written contract. Services provided include cash management, tax, recordkeeping, and reporting matters, consulting services, human resources management services, property management services, investment management services, risk management services, and other miscellaneous administrative support services. Amounts paid to fwm are based on time spent by fwm employees on raise your hand for public schools' (ryhps) matters. Fwm is also reimbursed for direct out of pocket costs incurred on behalf of ryhps. All amounts charged to ryhps are based on actual costs to fwm and do not include any premium or mark-up.”

If the board determines that an individual failed to disclose a conflict, the board will carry out the appropriate disciplinary and corrective action.”

New peo leasing agreement started in september 2024 with g&a partners. The number of employees reported on form 990, part v, line 2a represents the number of full time employees for the filing organization during the 2024 tax year, as determined by fte hours worked. These individuals are included in the total number of employees on oasis outsourcing holdings, inc.'s and g&a partner's forms w-3. Raise your hands for public schools reimburses oasis outsourcing holdings, inc. And g&a partners the employees' compensation and the reimbursements are reported on form 990 part vii section a and form 990 part ix, lines 5-10.”
