Community Action Enterprises Inc

(1) to assist unemployed persons, especially those who are low-income and disadvantaged, who live in the greater franklin, hampshire, and north quabbin regions of massachusetts and other surrounding communities, by providing them with temporary and/or long-term employment opportunities, training and support for successful re-entry to the job market; (2) publish and distribute magazines, books, cds, dvds, and other educational media for its charitable and educational purposes; and (3) make grants or otherwise distribute funds to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
