The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes including for such purposes the developing fund raising, building and operations of an on-site museum at the Lamb Spring Archaeological Preserve site. The Lamb Spring Board administers several tours per year for numerous attendees who reside in the Denver Metro area. Various scientific publications about Lamb Spring were published between 1960 and 2004 by Denver Museum of Nature and Science began a review of all artifact previously excavated from the site to determine radiocarbon dates of Megafauna remains. The Board is working with other scientists to promote additional studies.
