Prospective members must be approved by the board of directors. Honorary members are either former members of the ypo selected for their singular contribution to ceo or non-ypo members selected for distinctive accomplishments in their respective fields.”

A performance review is conducted annually, immediately following the close of the fiscal year, by the compensation committee and approved by the executive committee. For senior management and staff, the president & ceo makes recommmendations to the compensation committee, who will then approve, disapprove or provide modifications.”
