To fill the critical needs of our community to provide clean, safe, and affordable housing.

The mission of kinkead housing is to support affordable low income housing for all mississippians. Toward that goal the usda rural development is a supported organization of kinkead housing foundation whereas kinkead works to develop multifamily housing in strategic areas of the state through the available programs of rural development.
