Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The company has adopted the provisions of financial accounting standards board asc subtopic 740-10, accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. This provision clarified the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in the companys financial statements and prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The company files income tax returns in the u.s. Federal jurisdiction and in the state of california. The organization is no longer subject to examinations by u.s. Federal tax authorities for the years before 2014 and by the state of california tax authorities for years before 2013.
