During the year, the organization reviewed its accounts receivable and determined that certain balances were uncollectible. These amounts were written off as bad debts in accordance with the organizations accounting policies. The total bad debt expense for the year was $1,008.

During the year, the organization sold its business operations and transferred all assets and liabilities to the management company. As a result, the organization ceased operations, and all balances were reduced to zero at year-end.
