Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Copolymer Retirees Trust was formed as a Voluntary Employees Beneficiary Association and currently services 307 retirees spouses and dependents as of August 31 2024 and continues to manage the premiums received for future medical life and dental benefits for all participants.

The Trust was set-up and initially funded by DSM Copolymer Inc. to assume the liabilities from it for medical and life insurance for its retirees beneficiaries and dependents and now includes a voluntary participant funded dental benefit. The VEBA services 385 participants as of August 31 2021..
