Partners hired one key staff to increase access, education, and community engagement. Organization progress includes but not limited to reinforcing organization values (i.e. people-centered approach,innovation,empowerment, integrity, and subject-matter expert), continuing to build capacity, growing relationships with stakeholders, building partnerships and aligning with service contractors to mobilize Partners mission, completing the organizations first audit, developing an annual fundraising plan, case for support, implementing a donor management software, launching Freddie Mac CreditSmart workshops in Spanish,forming a Registered Student Organization on the UA campus, renewing Community Housing Development Organization(CHDO) status, and earning several certifications to apply for federal funding to increase affordable housing.
