“Detailed description of program services: 1. Playground opera & operatronics - playground opera is a collaborative educational project-based learning tool. Beyond passive viewing of videos, we explore innovative approaches to real time interaction between students and our teaching artists. This 'active learning' online platform allows students to interact with teaching artists and upload their own work relative to each episode's project focus. Additionally, they will see their own self-created art and video content integrated into the cumulative opera video production. Our curriculum can be implemented with assistance from a music teacher or a classroom teacher, and we provide our schools and educators with all the necessary support and materials. Operatronics includes everything in the playground opera program and includes additional stem-based activities like coding and paper circuiting to enhance props, scenery and costumes 2. Immersive opera project - we are transforming the cultural landscape of opera by commissioning, developing, and producing new vocal music theatre projects with a focus on] technology and stories told by underrepresented voices. In collaboration with regional opera companies and tech partners across the globe, we develop and showcase new immersive works of opera utilizing immersive technologies (vr/ar/mr/xr), and also include live immersive and site-specific opera performance. 3. Operacades - all-in-one custom-made mobile theatres, presentable anywhere 4. Music as the message (mam)- an interactive, hybrid performance series held live at the beautiful broadway presbyterian church in nyc and simultaneously streamed on zoom. Mam celebrates the power of music to unify and to inspire healing, joy, laughter, love and most importantly, community. As adrienne, guest artists, and commissioned composers lead a program of uplifting songs and spoken word, attendees are encouraged to join in and lift their voices, whether they are attending in person or on zoom. Following this musical catharsis, the audience is welcome to speak with the artists, and reflect or listen in support of their fellow participants. 5. Capacity - a multi-disciplinary performance of geological proportions. 6. Bar shows/ new brew - currently presented in over 25 cities across the us, germany and austria. Our original programming model brings opera and classical singing to new and diverse audiences through performances in unusual and welcoming venues and locations. The programming includes themed shows of operatic standards (home brew) as well as new music by contemporary composers (new brew). New brew presents original, irreverent, curated barroom concerts of new music , with a focus on local composers”
