(7a) the members elect the executive committee which consists of the 3 officers of the organization. (7b) dues, levels, lobbying services contracts and other significant financial transactions ar approved by a vote of the members. (8a) minutes of the meetings and actions of the executive committee are maintained by the executive director. (11) the form 990 was prepared by the accountant and copies are reviewed with the executive director and president before filing. Resonse to part vi, section b policies: (15b) there are no paid officers. The executive director is an independent contractor whose compensation is determined by the executive committee.”

“Organizations mission statement or most significant activities: the coalition was organized for the purpose of advocating and defending the rights of property owners and to advocate for reasonable changes to laws and ordinances to advance responsible land development in the state of utah and for doing and performing of any and all the acts necessary and proper for the furtherance or carrying out of these purposes. The coalition engaged a professional lobbying services firm to represent its interest in connection with the annual legislative session which begins in the middle of january of each year. The lobbying services firm also works various legislative committees and sponsors who are drafting legislation for the upcoming legislative session to get passage which is consisten with the goals and objectives of the coalition.”
