“The organization tracks and address all issues that might lead to a conflict of interest. Some Board members provided through their businesses services/products to the TVCVB. These are tracked and accounted for in the accounting records of the organization and are subject to Board review. Most of the 2018 amounts were under $2,000 per Board member. The exceptions over the $2,000 threshold were: Stryder Transportation $7,371, Wilson Creek Winery $19,595, South Coast Winery $11,365, Pechanga Resort & Casino $25,148, Inland Management Group $3,176 and A Grape Escape $3,075.(All of these organizations were related to Board Members)”
