Once approved, we will notify the accounting firm who will finalize the return for mailing.”

“The organization tracks and address all issues that might lead to a conflict of interest. Some Board members provided through their businesses services/products to the TVCVB. These are tracked and accounted for in the accounting records of the organization and are subject to Board review. Most of the 2016/17 amounts were under $2,000 per Board member. The exceptions over the $2,000 threshold were: Temecula Creek Inn $9,205, Embassy Suites $3,089, Springhill Suite $2,998, A Grape Escape $2,681,Inland Management Group $3,585 and Galway Downs $9,033. (All of these organizations were related to Board Members)”
