Diversity focus' vision is that the corridor community be the model of inclusion that values, nurtures, attracts, and retains people of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs.
Diversity focus is devoted to improving the quality of life for residents through diversity.

“The executive committee, comprised of the chair, vice-chair, treasurer and secretary, has the authority to make decisions in the absence of the full board of directors. All committees formed by the organization, including but not limited to the executive committee, are specifically excluded from being able to perform certain tasks. Committees may not (1) authorize distributions; (2) approve dissolution, merger or the sale, pledge or transfer of all or substantially all of the corporation's assets; (3) elect, appoint, or remove directors or fill vacancies on the board or on any of it committees; (4) adopt, amend or repeal the articles or bylaws; or (5) engage in any other activities prohibited by the act.”
