PATH TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY (PPS)- THE CORE PROGRAM OF THE TRINITY HOUSE, PROVIDES CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO RESIDENTS TO HELP THEM SET AND ACHIEVE GOALS.PATH TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY-TRANSITIONS (PSST) - THIS PROGRAM IS AN OFFSHOOT OF THE PSS PROGRAM, DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR TRANSITION-AGED FORSTER YOUTH.
