“The mission of chile pepper, inc. Is to promote, assist, and support high school track, field, and cross country teams and programs within the confines of benton and washington counties, arkansas and to pursue a purpose and plan of operations which will be to promote the intellectual well-being of young men and women by assisting them in their individual school's track and field programs and to offer them friendly counsel, advice, and assistance; and to encourage and cultivate the art of track and field and related pursuits and to assist in fostering good clean competition , a high level of sportsmanship, to promote integrity and good faith, and just and equitable principles in sports activities.”

“The chile pepper 2014 festival netted enough money to donate 5500 to each of the six class 7a high school cross country programs in northwest arkansas as well 1000 to each of the smaller high school cross country programs in washington county, ar. In addition, incentives were given to school teams that performed best. All athletes participating in these cross country programs benefited from these donations.”
