“Over-the-Rhine: The organization continued programming the park which included more than 185 events drawing over 150,000 people to OTR. Construction of the phase V projects continued and will produce over 170 new residential units and 30,000 square feet of commercial space. Funding closed and construction activities continued on Mercer Commons Phase I which will yield 154 residential units (a portion of which were completed in 2013) and 17,600 square feet of commercial space. Construction was completed for the 340 space parking garage at Mercer Commons, and operations began in May. Pre-development work began for the 1201 Walnut, Taft's Ale House, and Cintrifuse projects. 1201 Walnut will provide a commercial space on the ground floor, two additional commercial/retail tenant spaces, and the upper floors will provide over 18,000 square feet of office space, a portion of which will be occupied by 3CDC. Taft's Ale House is a restaurant and bar occupying all three floors of St. Paul's Evangelical Church on 1429 Race Street. Cintrifuse, a 38,000 square foot space on 1311 Vine St, is a regional innovation network designed to successfully launch high-growth startups by connecting prospective business owners and investors to key resources.”
“3cdc evaluates its uncertain tax positions as to whether it is more likely than not a tax position could be sustained in the event of an audit by the applicable taxing authority. Accordingly, a loss contingency is recognized when it is probable that a liability has been incurred as of the date of the financial statements, and the amount of the loss can be reasonably estimated. The amount recognized is subject to estimate and management judgment with respect to the likely outcome of each uncertain tax position. The amount that is ultimately sustained for an individual uncertain tax position or for all uncertain tax positions in the aggregate could differ from the amount recognized. 3cdc analyzed its income tax positions and concluded that it had no uncertain tax positions as of december 31, 2013 and 2012. Tax years open to examination include 2013, 2012, and 2011.”

Construction of the phase V projects continued and will produce over 170 new residential units and 30,000 square feet of commercial space. Funding closed and construction activities continued on Mercer Commons Phase I which will yield 154 residential units (a portion of which were completed in 2013) and 17,600 square feet of commercial space. Construction was completed for the 340 space parking garage at Mercer Commons, and operations began in May. Pre-development work began for the 1201 Walnut, Taft's Ale House, and Cintrifuse projects. 1201 Walnut will provide a commercial space on the ground floor, two additional commercial/retail tenant spaces, and the upper floors will provide over 18,000 square feet of office space, a portion of which will be occupied by 3CDC.
