The organization does have a conflict of interest policy and all directors have been given a copy and are required to sign an annual disclosure statement, which must be presented to the board any time a possible conflict is reported.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 15B: Compensation Review and Approval Process for Officers and Key Employees

The executive director's salary is reviewed and set by the board of directors. The wbproperties controller must have written approval to change the executive director's salary. The executive director sets all other employees' salaries.
