ACCORDINGLY, THE PLAN IS EXEMPT FROM INCOME TAXES, AND NO INCOME TAX PROVISION IS PROVIDED. IF AN UNCERTAIN TAX POSITION WERE TO BE IDENTIFIED, THE PLAN WOULD ACCOUNT FOR SUCH IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACCOUNTING STANDARDS CODIFICATION TOPIC 740, INCOME TAXES.
