The purpose of the Spring Rivers Foundation is to enhance natural systems through multidisciplinary research, restoration, education, public involvement, and outreach in order to further knowledge and to protect the health and biodiversity of the environment, with emphasis on the native aquatic taxa of northeastern California. (To protect the health and diversity of our region's unique spring-fed waterways, and to provide outdoor learning opportunities for our communities' schools)
