HelpSaveLife collects contribution from its members and distributes the entire contribution for charitable purposes. Charity includes 2 types of activities. 1)Financial support to people for medical treatments who cannot afford their treatment expenses. 2) Financial support for students for higher education who cannot afford the education expenses.

HelpSaveLife collects money from its members and distribute to really deserving poor people who need support for their medical treatments or to help children to continue with their education. The help requests are always brought by contributing members who ensures that the request is genuine. The requester submit the help request to HelpSaveLife community with all supporting documents. Executive committee then reviews the request and approve/reject based on the guidelines. Almost 98% of the member contributions are distributed for charity purpose. In year 2013, Helpsavelife financially supported 73 help requests in total, of which 28 requests were to assist children going to high school or below. Donated $66988 for all 73 help requests together.
