Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The program's exempt purpose is to build the capacity of organizations that will provide supplemental educational services particularly in reading to children that are failing school and teenagers and young adults that dropped out of school, in a variety of ministry settings. The direct services will occur inside and outside of the united states. Partnerships will be formed among christian churches, organizations, and individuals that have determined that they have been called by god to provide programs designed to provide children, teenagers and young adults with group and family counseling services, along with the educational programs and relief from poverty.

Primary exempt purpose of our organization, Missions-Connect, Inc. is to assist and provide funds to Christian organizations in India, Cambodia, Kenya and other nations in the Third World that provide services to orphans who have dropped out of school because of their circumstances, to needy lepers in leprosy colonies, to abandoned poor widows, and to hungry people who have been left without work because the pandemic has affected the economy of these Third World nations. Christian individuals who are being led by God donate to our organization the necessary funds for all these programs. We, in Missions-Connect, Inc., then sends these funds to those organizations that we are working with in Kenya, Cambodia, India and other places to be used in accomplishing the goals established with them. In return, they send us documentation on how the funds were used and distributed. All that information goes into our website (www.missionsconnect.com) where the donors can see how the funds are used.

DescriptionGrantsExpenses
In 2024, our nonprofit organization, Mission-Connect, Inc. helped 55 orphans in the ministry of Cambodia Baptist Union with their schooling, feeding, clothing and some of them to complete their education and prepare for work. And we also helped Cambodia Baptist Union in their ministry to feed hungry people who are jobless. In India, we worked with Gospel for Nations, Inc. for the year 2024 in providing cooking pots, lamps, blankets, walkers, walking sticks, cots, fans, and daily food for a great number of lepers in the leprosy colonies this organization ministers to, and built wells for a few of villages for their water needs. In Kenya we worked with Pastor Calistus in his ministry to poor abandoned widows with their housing, medical needs, and food. We also helped Pastor Calistus as he oversees the schooling and support of about 10 orphans; and he also helps many hungry people in his ministry to feed the needy especially jobless people. We provided help for many poor church people in Cuba. Finally we sent funds to International Fellowship of Christians and Jews to help poor elderly people in Israel.$56,458$56,201

IRS990ScheduleA/FactsAndCircumstancesTestTxt0Explanation for Part II line 17b, Mission-Connect, Inc. has been assisting, for the last 20 years, Christian and other organizations that are working in Third World nations ministering to very needy people: orphans, poor widows, lepers, poor hungry people, and poor church people. Missions-Connect receives donations from private Christian individuals, which in turn, those funds are sent to the organizations we are working with in those Thid World nations so they can continue helping the very needy people in their area. In Cambodia we are helping Cambodia Baptist Union with orphans, feeding hungry people, and needy church people. In India we are working with Gospel for Nations, Inc. feeding and helping lepers in different leprosy colonies, and with building wells in poor villages in the area. In Kenya we are working with pastor Calistus Wanjala in all his ministries to orphans, poor widows, and hungry people in his area. In Israel, we are sending donations to International Fellowship of Christians and Jews to feed poor widows. In Cuba, we are helping pastor Ermidelio Tellez and pastor Ramon Blanco with their churches helping hungry church people. All these organizations send us documentation on how they are investing the fund we send them. On our part, alll the work with these organzation are documentated with pictures and videos in our website: www.missionsconnect.com. Our donors and contributors are informed of all the work we are doing with these organizations and how their donations are used. The much-needed work Missions-Connect, Inc. is doing helping these organizations and churches in Third World nations validates our request for the extension of the 501(c)3 tax-exempt status.
